Scope

Original papers describing both experimental and theoretical results in cognitive networking are solicited. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. •Models and fundamental limits of cognitive networking.
   

2. •Connectivity, capacity, and scalability of heterogeneous systems via cognitive networking.
   

3. •Impact of traffic pattern, topology, mobility, and interference tolerance on cognitive networking.
   

4. •Statistical inference and cognition from measurements that are inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, and delayed.
   

5. •Sensing and feedback mechanism in cognitive networking and the associated cost.
   

6. •Cognitive MAC, multicast, and routing protocols for heterogeneous networks with highly dynamic topology.
   

7. •Transient behavior and stability analysis in cognitive networking.
   

8. •Security and robustness issues in cognitive networking.
   

9. •Cognitive spectrum sharing, coexistence, and interoperability.
   

10. •Auction and pricing models for dynamic spectrum sharing.
    

11. •Cognitive radio test-beds and hardware prototypes.
    

12. •White Space networking, policy issues
